The laboratory of microscopy and imaging is equipped with a fluorescent microscope and an AFM microscope. The AFM microscope allows imaging of different surfaces at the nanoscale. The fluorescent microscope can make visible and observe materials that fluoresce and emit light. Using this microscope and the fluorescent properties of materials, it is possible to observe and capture separate images of internal cell components or different materials. Due to this feature, it is possible to stain the internal components of cells.
